Fixed an issue when adding OAuth credentials using the authorization code flow to an API.

New Plugin: Forward e-mail. This Plugin is only available for Workflows triggered by an Exchange Online Connector. It allows the user to forward an e-mail, including an optional comment.

Fixed an issue where the fetch protocol of IMAP/POP3 Connectors was not displayed correctly.
